⏰Set realistic time expectations. Setting 2 hours aside for a task is better than thinking it will only take 15 minutes!
Example- irrigation system repairs!

📍Set goals, but acknowledge limitations. You can’t be everything to everyone. Keeping focus is key.
Example- I’m not a floral designer, I’m a flower grower selling wholesale, to designers and at farmers markets.

🌊Remember there is an ebb and flow to the year. Try to go with the flow instead of against it.
Example- in our area, folks go to the beach in the summer, it’s not a time for big flower buying.
