This week, I’m looking forward to attending the 20th Anniversary Conference of Future Harvest- Chesapeake Alliance for Sustainable Agriculture (CASA) as a part of the 2019 Beginner Farming Training Program-Level 1.
I’ve been growing food and flowers for over 30 years and lovingly sharing the bounty with friends and family. The past few years, a little voice has been saying, maybe try to learn more, grow more!
Future Harvest CASA offers a Beginner Farmer Training Program (BFTP) with a free year long program. I’m thrilled to have been accepted into the 2019 class!
It’s the dead of winter with a fresh dusting of snow on the ground and I couldn’t be more excited to dig into seed catalogs, review my garden journals and plan next steps. Stay tuned for updates!
